Job 1 : Relationship Manager – PCG in a leading fianancial Co.
Job Description:

  • It is direct sales profile so candidate should be able to acquire quality base HNI clients through networking, data base, and market intelligence. And he/she should have maximum number of own clients relationship and he/she should be aware of local market intelligence.
  • Promote Focus Product of the month
  • Maintain records of business on internal software CRM etc.
  • Candidate should be able to acquire HNI Clients and able to sell MF, PMS, Structure Products
  • Candidate should have minimum experience of around 5years from banking and broking industries and managing bank AUM of HNI Clients

Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be having 12-15CR of AUM with him/her into Equity & Investment Product
Min. 25-30 client candidate managing.
Min AUM 5-6cr from Equity

  • Currently must be in HNI / UHNI financial sales min. ticket size 50 lakh
  • Consistent performer enjoying an excellent reputation in market.
  • Excellent connectivity with client to take them along.
  • Not a frequent job change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.
  • Hands on experience in acquiring HNI Clients and able to sell MF, Insurance, PMS, Structure Products

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 5,00,000 to 10,00,000

Primary

Lead the branch and generate revenue/ net profit, as per ARG norms
Induct, facilitate and motivate Dealers and Relationship Managers to work towards the profitability of the branch by retaining right clients (individuals and corporate), acquiring quality ones by networking with existing ones and servicing clients.
Maintain balanced product mix to facilitate de-risking
Ensure compliance of all dealings as per SEBI and Exchange guidelines.
Responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the branch and maintain the brand image of the organization.

Concurrent

  • Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market through regular updates on competition and control them.
  • Maintain visibility in the market
  • Participate in NSE branch audits at non-fixed intervals
